Refund Policy

We want every Danhomme order to arrive in perfect condition. If something goes wrong with your order, we're here to help — please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

All sales are final

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind, incorrect selections, or unwanted items. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Defective or damaged items

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect (e.g. a disconnected spray tube or a broken nozzle) or is damaged in transit, we'll send you a free replacement.

To request a replacement:

  1. Message us on Instagram at [@danhomme] within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number.
  3. Send clear photos or a short video showing the defect or damage.

Once we've reviewed and approved your claim, we'll ship a replacement bottle at no cost. We do not offer refunds — replacement only. Claims without supporting photo or video evidence cannot be processed.

Wrong item received

If you receive a product different from what you ordered, message us on Instagram at [@danhomme] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of what arrived. We'll send out the correct item.

Items not eligible for replacement

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, we cannot replace:

  • Opened or used products (unless defective)
  • Unwanted or change-of-mind purchases
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Gift cards

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Singapore Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act.
